If you are not satisfied with a decision we make either during the processing or inspecting of your building work you can request a determination from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).

Consentium will not accept or respond to any complaint in relation to a building control function that are anonymous, racist or otherwise derogatory or contains abuse or threats against the organisation or specific staff member(s).
